Hard-won victory

The huge rocks of hues falling down,
She couldn't dodge each one of them,
But she tried,
She got hurt and even cried,

But all you could see was her bold face,

Racists called her black,
Sexists labelled her as weak
But it didn't affect a single cell in her trunk,

Bounded by the nature's rule,
But her intelligence stood out,
Mission impossible,
Better said than done.

Her stronger side was

Yet to be exposed.

She worked harder,

Even more than she thought she could.
People discovered a new 'her',

And now you could see that spark in her eyes.
Her cards turned from the fear of her diligence,

The world started to feel that sudden change,
After so much of determination, painful nights,

 failure, labels and comments,
 she won!
It was her hard-won victory,

Now the world could see her leading the entire aphid army;
The swarm of ants.
She could not express it in words,
For she didn't know the language of the 'world'.
