Mental Peace

Mental peace,

Struck apeice,

Its not important they say,

What's considered important,

Is the ability to play,

According to the worldly definition,

Depresssion is just a 'phase',

Physical stability is the chase,

All you need to do,

Is look alright on the outside,

But what to do, 

About the turmoil rioting inside?

Anxiety doesn't seem as bad as being crippled?

But what about the pressure on the mind,

That gets trippled?

There's more to being too skinny or fat,

However these disorders are often overlooked,

Just like that,

One may have heard,

Sound mind makes a sound body,

But who cares about the mind?

Apparently, nobody,

Muscle strain,

Is given priority over,

Mental strain,

One isn't more important than the other,

Both are a reason of bother,

Mental strength,

Is as momentous as,

Physical strength.
